Draft placeholder. Final text must be reviewed by qualified counsel (and ideally a medical adviser) before launch.

Educational purpose

Qi Path provides general educational content about Qigong movement, breathing and awareness practices. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace care from a qualified health professional.

Traditional concepts

Some lessons and articles describe traditional Chinese concepts such as qi, meridians, the dantian, yin and yang and the Five Elements. These are presented as traditional frameworks and practice imagery, not as established anatomy or physiology.

Before you practise

Talk to a doctor before starting or continuing if you are pregnant, have a heart or blood-pressure condition, a recent injury or surgery, joint problems, a history of fainting or seizures, or any mental-health condition, or if you are unsure whether practice is suitable for you.

While you practise

  • Move within a comfortable range. Never force the breath or hold it.
  • Stop and sit down if you feel dizzy, faint, short of breath, or in pain.
  • Seek urgent medical help for chest pain, severe headache, fainting or difficulty breathing.

Audio and frequencies

Audio tracks, including tones described by frequency (Hz), are offered for relaxation and focus. No health effects are claimed.
